Majis Industrial Services SAOC (“MISC” or the “Company”) has been incorporated as a closely held joint stock company registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (“MoCI”) in the Sultanate of Oman. The Company was established in April 2006 and currently has a paid-up share capital of RO 20 million, which is wholly owned by the Government, represented by the Ministry of Finance (99.875%) and the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (0.125%). MISC is currently providing four line of services (sea water self extract, sea water delivered, processed water and potable water) for SIP area tenants.
